Legacy Store is the official merchandise and ticketing platform of Legacy Music. It serves as the central hub for fans and supporters to purchase exclusive artist merchandise, limited-edition drops, and event tickets for productions across the Arcadia portfolio. The store bridges the gap between artists and their communities by offering a direct, authentic channel for commerce and fan engagement.

3. Account Registration

- Event Tickets - From 5,000 LKR and above (via Generic Beats and Legacy Store)
- Merchandise and Clothing - From 5,000 LKR and above (via Legacy Store and FlockFair)
Additional terms regarding products and pricing:
- All product descriptions, images, and prices are as accurate as reasonably possible. We reserve the right to correct any errors.
- Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities of any product and to discontinue any product at any time.
- Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly in colour or finish due to screen calibration differences.
5. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product(s). We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
- An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of the order; acceptance occurs when the order is dispatched (for merchandise) or when the ticket is issued (for events).
- Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.
- We use a bank transfer payment process. Full payment must be received before orders are processed and dispatched.
- We are not liable for payment processing errors caused by third-party payment providers.
- We do not use payment gateways such as Payhere for investment purposes. Payment processing is exclusively for the purchase of products and services offered through our platform.
6. Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier issues, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed to the shipping carrier. Please contact the carrier directly in such cases.
- Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery.
- It is your responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. We are not liable for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
7. Event Tickets
- Event tickets are sold subject to availability and are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
- Tickets must not be resold or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
- Admission to events may be refused to anyone who is disruptive, under the influence of substances, or in violation of event venue rules.
- We are not responsible for any changes to event details (lineup, venue, schedule) made by the event organiser after purchase.
- All ticket sales are final. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on cancellation scenarios.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Arcadia Productions or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
